| Introduction | After 25 years as a leading Australian automotive photographer and journalist, I sought out a new career direction in 2011 by completing Certificates II, III and IV in Conservation and Land Management at Joondalup WCIT. This was a natural move, due to a life long interest in nature, conservation and the environment and I've been trawling around Bush Reserves and National Parks with the camera gear for many years. Following my studies, I took up a Business Management position with a Perth based company that specialises in commercial / Civil Development revegetation works. My work with this company involves everything from the preparation of tender and pricing quotation responses to undertaking monitoring of remnant bush sites, writing reports / plans and investigating strategies for the conservation and revegetation / rehabilitation of specific natural areas. Naturally, my photography and journalism / writing talents, in addition to skills in reportage, investigation and research techniques, public relations and more are being used to their fullest extent.
