IntroductionLast Wednesday June 1st I decided (motivated by an upcoming cruise) to see how much weight I could loose in 30 days on less than 500 calories day with a no carb/low carb diet. I have done much research and know the recommendations for low calorie diets are for not less than 1000 calories a day let alone less than 500, I also know protein is important to maintain muscle mass.
