Introduction	Sanford is tired of throwing out ingredients that were only used in one or two meals. This inspired our family's decision to cook only from one region or country for a month. We compromised with the kids to make it "dinner only". Our plan: 12 months, 12 countries. We will write about our experience and share recipes that we find.
