| Introduction | Launch International Inc. (LAUNCH) exists to help our in-field workers thrive in their area of service by providing administrative support, encouraging spiritual and personal maturity, developing vision and strategic planning, and providing accountability. Our leadership team and staff have a huge heart for both the mission and the missionary. As more and more denominations continue to decentralize many of their own mission operations, missionaries serving in the field or desiring to go into the field are often left looking for help outside of their own church and/or denomination.
