Introduction	I am a wife and a mother to two wonderful children. I am proud of my family and I am grateful that they are all mine! I work full-time as an Executive Assistant from 7 - 4 and then I start my second job, the most important job with the best title, MOMMY! My life is chaotic and I am proud to say that I manage to cook a warm meal most nights of the week. Okay, about half of the meals are leftovers that are warmed in the microwave, but it's a warm home-cooked meal nonetheless. I love to try new things so if I find a good recipe I'll be sure to post it here and if you have any great easy dinner ideas (dinners that make great leftovers), I'm all ears!!
