| Introduction | I was dx with breast cancer in 2001. I have had lumpectomy, chemotherapy, radiation and hormonal therapy. I am doing well, but as most cancer survivors, I have lingering side effects of treatment. The most noteable is a renewed zest for LIFE! :) My 2009 Relay efforts are dedicated in the memory of my dear father-in-law, Martin Manion, who passed away in August, 2008, from lung cancer and to team members Nancy Ballinger and BJ Smith, cancer survivors and their caregivers. |
