Introduction	I have been running for 15 years and have done most of it in the Twin Cities area of Minnesota. I have done numerous types of running, including cross country and track & field in high school and college, road racing from 5Ks to marathons and love exploring new places to run. Today, I have run 15 marathons in 5 states. I also am a high school teacher and a cross country & track coach at Wayzata High School and have been blessed to help coach 4 state championship teams in my time there so far.
