| Introduction | I am a Registered Patent Attorney in the Miami Office of Allen, Dyer, Doppelt, Milbrath & Gilchrist, P.A. The firm maintains offices in Orlando, Jacksonville, Melbourne and Miami and serves some of the most dynamic and successful technology companies in the State. We also help license and enforce intellectual property nationwide through both the Federal and State courts. My practice focuses on patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright and technology related litigation. I also assist clients in the preparation of United States and international patents and trademarks. Currently, I am the Vice Chair of the Intellectual Property Committee of the Business Law Section of the Florida Bar. I am also the past Chair of the Computer Law Committee of the Section. |
