Introduction	I've run on and off for years. I'm getting going again and planning on doing a spring marathon so I've started this blog in motivate me. When taining for a marathon it is important to do some speed work but if your just planning on getting round then the long run is the important one. It dosn't matter if you have to walk some of it, it's time on your feet that counts.

Favorite music	I'm into a wide range of music - currently on my MP3 player is the, Fall, Dusty Springfield, Fat Boy Slim, Franz Ferdinand, Super furry animals, Maximo Park, Chemical brothers, Cud, White stripes, family cat, basement Jaxx, beck,PWEI,Go team.
Favorite books	Anything by, Irvine Welsh, Ian Banks or Barbara Cartland!
