| Introduction | I'm a family man that likes, amongst other things, going out running - preferably on the hills, but anywhere really. I hesitate to call myself a 'fell runner', I'm more of a 'scarp runner who visits proper hills all too infrequently. Hope you like the blog - it's about trying to express my running experiences.
