| Introduction | Alan is a consultant in a rather obscure area of IT. He lives with his wife and two small children in the house he built on his wife’s croft land on the Isle of Lewis, where he keeps sheep and chickens. He also has four grown-up children. Outside work, Alan's major interest is music: singing with chamber choirs, classical composition, and folk singing/songwriting. He also enjoys walking, reading, cooking, and “good craic” with friends. |
