Introduction Childhood cancer survivor. That's the good news. Bad news? Chemo and radiation zapped my eggs leaving me "infertile." After a decade of defining myself as a non-breeder, hubby and I are attempting to have a family with the help of a wonderful, anonymous egg donor. Our first pregnancy came abruptly to a halt when Isobel and Jovita were born December 5, 2008 at 21 weeks, 6 days. They were with us only a few hours but will be our daughters forever. Now we are in the process of grieving, regrouping, trying again, attempting to live our lives the best we can. Oh yes, and going in search of my birth parents. Our quest for a family isn't finished.
Interests Travel, knitting (don't laugh. I just started), chilling out on my tiny back porch with hubby, oh yeah, and making a baby. So then add to that:, infertility, donor egg, ART, TPR, and, advocacy.

When you've got water stuck in your ear, how do you get it out?

I submerge myself in the pool so I don't notice the difference.
