| Introduction | I have been vegetarian for over 9 years. At the beginning of 2011 I committed to a vegan diet, and haven't looked back. I like to cook and enjoy the challenge of making "comfort foods" vegetarian/vegan, as well as sampling all types of cuisine. I treat cooking more as art than science, so take my measurements with a "grain of salt" and adjust as necessary to your taste. I'll apologize in advance if I bore you with my running hobby. I can be kind of a geek about it. |
