Introduction	My daughter is highly allergic to dairy, eggs, and tree nuts. As a result, she also has asthma. I have a newborn son who is "at risk" for food allergies. Together, we're finding new and better ways to eat well, to avoid harmful foods, and to minimize asthma episodes. I'm always gathering info and learning more about allergies and asthma.
