| Introduction | SHALOM. We are two pseudo-adults, expected to behave like professionals, but only three short months ago our only responsibilities were making it to class when we could and doing anything to not move back in with our parents. We are no longer living in the time frame of noon to 4. We’re now late to bed, early to rise…and we are theoretically supposed to look good doing it. In between whining about missing our “glory days” we decided we needed to make a place for ourselves in this new city. It’s a shmorgishborg of what we saw, what we wore, what we ate, and the people we encountered along the way. We rake our own lawn, clean our own dishes, bribe cabs to take us to be ‘burbs. We aren’t all that chic, but we have a damn good time. This is our experiment with the real world. We aren’t aiming to inspire anyone; we’ll be entertaining at best. |
