Introduction In September of 2009 I started doing Egoscue exercises. I'm 39 years old and have had creaky knees and wrists forever, hunched shoulders since my teenage years, and most recently heel pain upon arising in the morning. I've read and heard wonderful things about Egoscue Therapy - the method that says most of our bodies move dysfunctionally and if we do daily Egoscue exercises all can be right again. Let's see what I find out a few months down the road...
