I have a BA in Political Science and History from the University of Akron, a BA in Education from Kent State University, and a Masters + in Educational Administration from Kent. | Favorite Music | Tom Waits...awesome concert, got to see him live last year...I have been listening to all types of music lately...really like Matt Kearney right now...also digging the new Cold Play...Dave Mathews is a stand by...mostly I am an NPR junkie and like to listen to WAPS, the Akron Public Schools station...have also been digging Keane...and have found some new alternative stuff, well at least new to me...Pinback, Franz Ferdinand, and 3OH3...found another new band, well actually I think they are an older group I just discovered...Rilo Kylie...kinda chill, but good. |
| Favorite Books | reading some David Sedaris right now...I also liked A Thousand Splendid Suns...don't really know that I have a favorite per se...I have read quite a bit of Robert Ludlum in my day...and I have liked most of what I have read of John Steinbeck...I have also just finished the Twilight series...ya, I know, don't tell anyone. |
