| Introduction | Ever since I can remember I have always loved the idea of opening a Tea Room. Where this may or may not happen, I decided to open one virtually. This blog will be more about the food that you would have at a Tea Party. There will be lots of recipes and articles on an AFTERNOON TEA. I came up with the name because the Tea Room Idea is inspired by my Nanny (Grandmother) We use to have many a cup of tea with Nanny while visiting her and for the wonderful "Nannys English Tea Cakes" that she use to make. Now I may share the recipe with you some day but would have to get the permission from so many people that it may not happen. lol Sound fun? It does to me so lets get going. Pauline |
