| Introduction | I am a fiber artist and stay-at-home mom to an 11 year old daughter and a 9 year old son. I taught myself to weave about 14 years ago, when I was still working as a lawyer (yuck), mostly as a way to relieve stress. I have a weaving studio at Western Avenue Studios in Lowell, Massachusetts (along with 300+ other artists!) - stop by for a first Saturday Open Studios if you're in the area! I'm on the fifth floor in Studio 511. You may have seen my articles in the March/April 2008 and Jan/Feb 2009 editions of Handwoven Magazine. |
