| Introduction | There is so much to me as there is to you it feels bizarre to scrape the surface. Welcome to my world. Here, through my art, you begin to learn me. I'm interested in the human experience. I wonder what lies in the depths of the intricate ever-evolving puzzle that is human being. I explore the animalistic sides of the soul, the darker sides. I’m curious about death, birth, pre-existence, life, and afterlife. I also write about things I believe in, like angels, jinns, prophets, relationships, love, revelation, repentance, resurrection, and of course, Allah. I have a fervent bond with my Creator. And in a secular society that seems to mock such a relationship, I stand confidently in my belief. This belief saved me in my shattered-ness since childhood. I may not know the details of this world, may not know right from wrong. However, Allah has always and (God-willing) will always be in my heart. When I'm not writing, I enjoy spending time with family, painting, kayaking, sitting near the water with toes in the sand, reading, having deep conversations, scooting around on a scooter, rollerblading, cooking, and eating good food.
