| Introduction | I am a 39 year old stay at home mom of 2 (Abby-10 and Nick-16) Though it is a blessing to be able to stay at home and not have to work, it does come with a price. There are days that I don't talk to anyone and sometimes I think I am going crazy. Those are the days that my thoughts may hold me captive and if I don't get them down, they are gone for good.
