| Introduction | Over five years ago (at five years into marriage) my journey to start a family began. After a year of trying on our own, then surgery and an IUI, we were blessed with a baby boy- only to be devastated when he died at 21 weeks gestation. After 3 more IUIs that failed, we did IVF and with great fortune welcomed our rainbow baby boy in July 2010. We are currently trying to bring another live baby into our family. After 3 more IUIs, we became pregnant in April 2012- only to lose our little baby at 7.5 weeks into the pregnancy. We've endured both heartache and joy. This space allows me to support others in their journeys, and to connect with others who understand babyloss and infertility.UPDATE: the miracle surprise BFP has happened. Praying this is a take-home baby! |
