Introduction	I am a stay at home mom to two wonderful kids and have an amazing husband! We discovered in late 2009 that gluten was making me terribly ill! Consequently, we had both kids tested and they too needed to stay away from gluten containing foods. This sent me on a journey to clean up our diets, and what I came to realize and understand was that there is a lot 'stuff' in our food that I didn't want my family eating! Please keep in mind that these posts are simply my personal opinion. I am not a doctor, nutritionist or expert by any means. Just a mom working hard to provide the best quality food for my family! Please feel free to offer your support and suggestions, but keep anything negative to yourself :)
