| Introduction | Hi! My name is Mary DeKoning and I am a Canadian Stampin' Up Demonstrator. I started on my card making journey after I bought a Cricut. I had wanted to create a scrapbook for each of my 3 adult children. I completed two pages and then I started making cards with my Cricut. I quickly discovered that I wanted to stamp images not just cut them out and paste them on. I then started watching way too many You Tube videos:) and I was hooked. I attended my first Stampin' Up party about 2 1/2 yrs. ago. I loved the quality of their stamps and how all of the inks and paper matched. I was spending a lot of money on items so I decided to become a demonstrator to get a discount! Making and sending cards is my joy, my relaxation and sometimes frustration - lol. I have learned to laugh at my mistakes and also to learn from them. I have made wonderful friends through our card making group, workshops and Stampin' Up events.
