| Introduction | My name Is Roy A. Sawyer. I'm a Texan and long time resident of the Rio Grande Valley! I graduated from Southwest Texas State University which is now Texas State University - San Marcos. I am the manager and a REALTOR at Muniz Realty. I am also a member of the National Association of REALTORS (NAR), the Texas Association of REALTORS (TAR), The Harlingen Board of REALTORS, and the Greater McAllen Association of REALTORS (GMAR). I have several designations and certifications including, Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI), REALTOR® Commitment to Excellence (C2EX), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (CPRES) and New Home Sales Agent Certification (NHSAC). I'm licensed REALTOR in the Great State of Texas but my areas of real estate expertise is the Rio Grande Valley, from Roma to South Padre Island. I have a background in Texas Wildlife Biology. My passion is wildlife/bird photography but my heart is in love with Texas Wildlife Conservation. Texas is beautiful and I Sell It. |
