IntroductionI'm a 54 year old woman, who has struggled with my weight for the last 25 years. I've been skinny and fat and everything in between. I've done every diet plan out there. But, I've come to realize that I'm too old to be hungry all the time. I love good food, I love to cook. I've gone back to Weight Watchers, because it is sensible, it works and I can enjoy life while I'm losing weight. This blog is a way to share my recipes. Enjoy!
