| Introduction | As a former local chef and restaurateur in Palm Beach County I have become accustomed to food budgets and have high standards for the products I purchase. As a savvy shopper in my personal life as well, I have developed a keen sense of bargain hunting, comparison shopping and couponing without running all around town and wasting fuel. As someone who has lost over 200 pounds (yes, you read that correctly!), and gets to maintain good health and a fine figure, I have discovered ways that you get to eat healthy, nutritious foods without spending a fortune and going broke! You may also find that I will post a recipe or two using some of the delicious food finds each week. There are so many unexplored possibilities with this blog. And so this blog was born.
