Introduction	I lived in Michigan until I moved to North Carolina in 2005 with my husband Noah of 20 years. I graduated with a B.A. in English, Secondary Education from Western Michigan University in 2002, and earned a M.A. in English Education from UNCC in 2010. In 2014 I decided to make the move from teaching to the corporate world. In 2015 however, I went back to my first passion: teaching. Now, I am looking to transition back to the business world.
Interests	Traveling, reading, going to concerts, watching movies, spending time with friends and family, soaking up sunshine at the beach or lake!
Favorite movies	I love movies so there are too many to list!
Favorite music	I like country, pop, rock, oldies, R&B and rap; I like it all!
Favorite books	Harry Potter, The Giver, Catcher in the Rye, Water for Elephants, The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, The Girl who Played with Fire, The Girl who Kicked the Hornet's Nest, The Help, To Kill a Mockingbird, Hunter Games series, Divergent Series, just to name a few!
