Introduction	I've been asking a lot of questions lately. Doubting quite a bit of what I always held to be the truth. Nothing is real, true, right, wrong, absolute, false, good, bad, up or down anymore. My foundation has crumbled. I no longer have much of a solid reference for anything - for my morals, my decisions, my beliefs...I want to believe that God is real...like I used to, but I can't. I don't believe that my faith was ever really my own and so I am on a journey to make my faith my own and to find God. The truth is what compels me...the search for it, the discovery of it, and the conviction that lies within it. Also...as of late I have set some new goals for myself: run a marathon and summit Mt. Kilimanjaro. I'm hoping that periodically blogging about both will keep me sane and help to keep me motivated/accountable to my goals :)
