Introduction	WINE writer, educator and consultant, Matthew is currently the wine critic for Ireland's Mail On Sunday where he provides the wine words to go beside the extraordinarily popular Rachel Allen food column. Have travelled extensively - Chile, California, Canada, Australia, France, Italy, Germany, Spain and Portugal - to watch grapes grow. Have been a judge at four international competitions so far - Sonoma Fair, California, Vinitaly in Verona, Vinho Essencia in Porto and Concurso Nacional de Vinhos, Portugal's biggest wine competition, in Santarem.
