| Introduction | ~~After getting red eyes, blotchy skin, rashes and hives one too many times, I decided to do some homework. There are very scary ingredients in just about every single thing we wash our face, hair and body with, not to mention the horrors of deodorants, nail polish and remover. ~ I'm not a vegetarian and I'll pig out on chocolate. I'm like most people. But I want my hair, face and skin to be and look healthy. By changing my personal products, and with a little knowledge I have a chance of staying healthy longer and staying young looking. ~ My blog will tell you all about it. |
