| Introduction | Started djing in 1991 for the rasta shop in los angeles,Ca. I began doing a club called Hippodrome which was put on by the same shop. They then started club Flex where I began as resident dj until things got a bit sticky. From there I met Tomas and Daz,and soon after Cokni, and we all began doing a few gigs together whenever possible. Tomas and Daz started the Umoja Sound System soon after in which I was inducted as a member. My dj highlights were selecting for Tiger in LosAngeles,as well as Nicodemus and Jr Demus. A one month tour of Japan opened my eyes to how universal reggae music is. This thread will be mostly pics of whats going on in LA,and some of the peeps behind the scenes. Any Reggae shows I attend will be reviewed,All feedback pos or neg is appreciated,and gwan suck yu mumma! |
