| Introduction | I am The Event Lady, retired wedding and quinceañera planner, past editor and publisher of Florida Weddings and Special Events Magazine, a retired print bridal and quinceañera publication. Now a resource site and blog. I have over 32 years of experience as an event planner, wedding officiant, and master of ceremonies. In 2010, I became one of the founders and co-producers of The Miss Florida Quince Pageant and Expo. I no longer produce this event but inspired many to follow suite. 2011 inspired me to concentrate on writing my wedding blog. I began writing honeymoon wedding travel articles, and shared all bridal and quince news and trends. I love my brides and quince readers, and enjoy networking with professionals in this great special event industry.
