| Introduction | Walk tall and act natural, is the motto I live by. I am somewhere between crazy and committed, and in this small space I try to find time to record it all. I have a joyous obsession with the multisport life and snickers bars. I've successfully completed 2 ironmans, and in training for my 3rd, hopefully my best yet - Ironman Canada. More important than me is the man that makes me, me. I have made a career in politics and my Hubby sold his soul to the corporate world, together we recycle to make up for it all.
