Introduction	Crystal Hammon's wanderlust is an inherited illness that has resulted in three major career changes. (Hey, she's still married to the same guy after nearly 20 years.) Now in her fourth and final career, she follows her true passions, promoting books, teaching yoga, and writing content for businesses. While meandering through professions (learning experiences), she acquired a bachelor's in public relations, a master's in library science, and an accreditation by the International Association of Business Communicators based on real-world experience in public relations. She has also completed a 200-hour program to certify yoga teachers, a pursuit that is more about enrichment than achievement. (No, she can't do a headstand.) A failure to stay in one place has cost her in some ways, but it comes in handy for making some people feel more stable than they probably are. She is a decent cook and a terrible but passionate golfer whose only earthly devotions are family, friends, and freedom from bondage. No pets, no plants, and no children other than the ones she happily borrows from friends and family.
