Introduction	I'm a GP with a special interest in mental health. My interest extends beyond the mental well being of my patients to that of my colleagues and even myself! I believe that as medical practitioners we all need to be engaged with more than our work to remain well. There is even an evidence base to support the idea that enriching our lives with creative activity will make us better doctors. With Margie, Howard and Judith I am doing what I can to encourage doctors to explore and follow their creative sides to benefit themselves, their loved ones and their patients.
