| Introduction | I am a 24 year old Tasmanian who studied in Adelaide and now living and working in the gorgeous Yarra Valley in Victoria. I am a physiotherapist in a small private practice and I also teach clinical pilates and supervise hydrotherapy classes. I am an eager outdoor adventurer and I like nothing more than riding my bike in new, beautiful places with great people. I am a former long distance swimmer, runner, Tasmanian Elite Triathlon Champion and cyclist for National Road Series teams Specialized Securitor and Unified Solutions Group. I am a proud Port Adelaide CC member and Rapha Cycling Club Ride Captain. I have spent my last few years doing more adventuring than racing and founded the Rapha Women Adelaide bunch rides which I am very passionate about. As a physiotherapist I strongly believe that the best medicine is movement-based therapy for physical, mental and spiritual health and I like to practice what I preach. Follow my blog to follow along my cycling adventures across Victoria, South Australia and Tasmania. |
