Introduction	With more than 30 years of experience for a wide range of employers, I've had responsibility for implementation of many Quality Management Systems and related standards, including NATO AQAP 1, ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949 etc in a variety of roles. In that time, 15 years were spent as a management consultant and trainer for one of the top ISO Consulting practices in the USA. Implementation experience includes working with Chrysler, Ikon, Bendix, Visteon and Dresser Industries. As an instructor, more than 1,000 auditors have been taught and I've developed a unique 'visual metaphor' for planning 'process based audits'. Author of 2 books, "Exploding the Myths Surrounding ISO 9000 - A Practical Implementation Guide" and "A Guide to Effective Internal Management System Audits", both published by ITG in the UK.
