| Introduction | Laura is a SAHM to two wonderful boys - Toddler Todd, 2, and Sweet Peach, born December 2011. When she isn't spending her time reining in Toddler Todd, nursing Sweet Peach, tending to the house, and making meals, Laura is tending to her vegetable garden, landscaping her home, raising 8 chickens, quilting, sewing, and pretending she can knit (she's hasn't cast a stitch since July 2011...but who's counting anyways??). Oh, and when all that is said and done, she spends all that "extra" free time with her husband, Gearhead Dada. Laura is becoming well-versed in the medical field due to Toddler Todd's diagnoses of hydrocephalus (VP shunted in June 2011) and chiari malformation Type I. Toddler Todd has developmental and speech delays due to motor planning, so Laura spends her time helping him catch up to his peers and working on speech (in other words, about 3 minutes total per day...) |
