Favorite music	I'm pretty eclectic in my music. I love that which speaks to my soul whether it be rock or classical, dark or cheery. So long as it resonates with me it's in my collection. Ethan is also starting to really like music so we're spending more time listening to or singing along with classical and a variety of children's music such as "Twinkle Twinkle", "The Ants go Marching", and "This Old Man".
Favorite books	I am an avid reader of sci-fi novels. There are very few out there that I am not immediately enthralled with. Usually being so absorbed that the world could end and I wouldn't notice. I am particularly fond of David Eddings, Mercedes Lackey, David Asprin, and of course J.K. Rowling. The part of me that is yet to grow up still has a love for children's books, which is evident when you look at my bookshelves. To this day I still love any Sweet Pickles book and Green Eggs & Ham.
