| Introduction | I grew up in Colorado Springs, studied biology at Colorado College, then worked at the local hospital for two years where I learned all about hospital administration and quality improvement, and my boss became my very good friend. Since then I moved to Pittsburgh for medical school, which I loved, and then Buffalo for residency, which in many ways I didn't love! BUT- I had a wonderful church and pastor, and many wonderful friends. And I am now a board eligible internist and pediatrician. And finally, after 9 long years away from my mountains and sunshine, I've moved back to Colorado, this time to the wonderful little town of Montrose. I look forward to writing more consistently- about medicine, about God, and maybe a few Colorado-style adventures, too! |
