Introduction	Suzanne is one of ten Ontario lawyers certified by the Law Society of Upper Canada as a specialist in Workplace Safety and Insurance Law. She has successfully assisted workers with appeals before the Workplace Safety Insurance Board, the Workplace Safety Insurance Appeals Tribunal and Divisional court for the past 21 years. Suzanne handles appeals in all areas of Workplace Safety including 100% Loss of Earnings Benefits, Initial Entitlement, Return to Work Programs, Labour Market Reentry Programs, Non Economic Loss Awards, Psychotraumatic and Occupational Disease Claims. Suzanne has lectured extensively and published numerous articles on Workplace Safety and Insurance Law.
