| Introduction | I was born in Veliyannoor, a village in central Kerala, India, and am basically a shy, lazy village boy with nearly six decades of life experience. After having worked at a few offices in Delhi, where I migrated to when I was 19 years old, have ended up doing what I wanted to do since the last several years – editing. In childhood I dreamt of becoming a writer, a famous one at that. I also did write a few things, both in Malayalam (my mother tongue) and in English. That was several years ago. But the writer in me still urges me to ‘do something’. I wanted to become an actor, too. I did take part in a few plays while in school and on a couple of occasions later.
