| Introduction | I have a huge passion for homebrewing that stemmed from my love for food, cooking, and great beer. Homebrewing was one of many therapeutic activities that I got into during my year off from school in 2009-10, and I got obsessively nerdy with the hobby right away. After brewing for a little while and receiving some very encouraging words from none other than Sam Adams, I got really inspired to continue taking my brewing to higher levels. I love brewing beer and sharing it with other people, and I love showing others the process. I hope to do this on an even larger scale through this blog. |
