| Introduction | I've been working on making magic in the kitchen for as long as I can remember. I think the first time I realized my mom was taking gooey pancake batter and turning it into light, fluffy pancakes, I saw cooking as a form of magic. Taste experiences should be sublime, or why bother even opening your mouth to put food into it? Things have changed since the diabetes diagnosis, but I'm not purging old recipes. Just adding new ones :) |
