| Introduction | The author has over 40 years of experience in the construction trades in both hands on and managerial positions. Ed Nash started as an electrician in the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers. Ed worked as a licensed pipe-fitter, and a licensed refrigeration and Air Conditioning technician. He was employed in the Solar and Alternate Energy field and designed and installed numerous Solar and Alternate Energy projects. Ed currently holds a license to install and maintain security equipment, Closed Circuit TV systems, Fire Alarm systems, Access Control systems including Door Locks as well as all other monitoring or control systems and equipment. Ed was employed by the worlds largest Security Company and functioned as a sub-contractor for that firm. Ed worked for many years as a Field Engineer for a major commercial/industrial Contractor.
