You will find my practice for the last fifteen years consists of an integrative therapy that brings together the cultures and therapies from the East and West. |
| Interests | I work with clients with a variety of issues. These range from anxiety, depression, identity issues, gender dysmorphia and abuse. My training and postgraduate studies have included an eclectic mix of Cognitive Therapy (Wpf London, Beck Institute in Philadelphia), Psychodynamic and Integrative Psychotherapy (Regents College London), Human Givens,Positive Psychology (University of Pennsylvania), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (Richard Bandler), CoachU, Corporate U, Autogenic Training for stress and relaxation management. I work individually with clients at ground zero. It is methodological. It is individual. My work is informed without publication schedules or academic settings. There is no time lag, no delay of information. I read books and keep up with academic studies to structure my mind but the client is always the focus and the central plank of the therapy. |
