| Introduction | My weapons of choice include Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, a MacBook Pro, an Epson Perfection, a 500 GB Western Digital drive, a No. 11 Exacto Knife and a 0.5mm Pentel Side FX. My inspirations come from blockbuster films, graphic novels, and webcomics. My film interests are wide, but I mainly enjoy science fiction and superhero movies. I enjoy many webcomics, including PVP, Shortpacked!, Dresden Codak, Three Panel Soul, Penny Arcade, Joe Loves Crappy Movies, VG Cats and Apple Geeks. I enjoy artists such as Mike Mignola, Guy Davis, Kaare Andrews, Ed McGuiness, Jack Kirby, Alex Ross, Jim Lee, Bruce Timm, Tim Sale, Michael Turner, and Prometheus Spawning Grounds. I love reading anything written by Warren Ellis, Rick Remender, Frank Miller, Alan Moore, Robert Kirkman, Jeph Loeb, Arthur C. Clarke, Michael Crichton, Issac Asimov, Orson Scott Card and Scott McCloud. As for television programs, I enjoy Star Trek, Battlestar Galactica, Heroes and Chuck. As for games, I enjoy anything by Valve or Nintendo. I collect action figures by Todd McFarlane, Mezco Toys, DC Direct, Hasbro, and The Four Horsemen. I also enjoy the typefaces from BlamBot. |
