| Introduction | Hello love! My name is Elyse, & I started in the beauty biz when I was 15, working at a salon. I fell in love. I threw out my previous dreams & decided hair was my forte. There was something about making people feel beautiful that drew me in. Being creative was a passion of mine. I loved meeting new people. I started beauty school a yr ago. Beautician school introduced me to the makeup world, which I've decided to focus on. Even though I can't afford MAC & other nice brands, I believe I know the basics of makeup. I have oily skin & growing up had bad acne. Seeing as I've tried about every skin care product, I've found what works for me & what doesn't. Now, I'm certainly NOT saying that the products I use will work for you, bc all skin is different. Some people will criticize me & say that I have no idea what I'm talking about, but I expect criticism. This is my view of the world of cosmetology. Even if I can help one girl with skin care/makeup, I'll be happy. My goal is to make girls feel good about themselves. From a curvy & confident girl's view on life, & all things beauty: You are beautiful bc you are YOU, so smile on & be proud. :) |
