| Introduction | Hello, my name is Brianne. I am 28 years old and on a journey to get fit and achieve a "Size Healthy." I am eating in a way that respects my body, and working out so that I can physically do more each week. I have already lost 50 lbs in the last several years before starting this blog, and learned so much about my body and about healthy living. I don't know what I will look like in the end, but I do have some goals I want to hit along the way. These will change, as I get fitter and stronger and create new goals. 1) Run a mile straight 2) Lose 8 lbs (April goal) 3) Go on a multi-day backpacking trip (going in May) 4) Participate in healthy living activities a) rock climb, go trampolining, spinning, etc. to keep exercise fun and fresh b) complete a 5K and a 10K race this year, no matter how much of I am able to run (5K race June 1st, 10K race August 2nd) |
